Vision
I am interested in expressing observational interpretations around socioeconomic issues, distortions of reality and perceived normality. Finding creative ways to integrate more emphasis on an offline ethos is a core theme within my practice. Using a variety of mediums and techniques, I explore these themes as a catalyst to connect with people through stories, conversations and emotional exchange.

Education
BFA [Honors] Graphic Design | Pacific Northwest College of Art | 2002

Background
My professional practice focuses on art direction, design and music production aiming to develop an original, multidisciplinary approach to creative direction and strategy for brands, agencies and independent organizations in print, digital and film formats.

In 2010 I decided to move away from commercial work to focus my energy back in to fine art and music. This decision came about after realizing  that creatively I had little connection to the large scale industry’s value system. The corporate plan fosters a business practice aligned with a different set of core principles than that to which I could relate philosophically. Many narratives and messages throughout my artwork have a direct connection to these experiences both positive and negative.
